Renovator's House Tour time! Take a peak into a few of this year's homes.
The tour will be held Saturday, October 13 from 10:00 - 4:00 on Capitol Hill. This walking tour features 9 Capitol Hill homes. The tour focuses on clever and budget-friendly design solutions. Home owners share their design tips as well as which architects and contractors they used for their projects.
Need an architect? Local architect Steve Lawlor's work will be featured. See his vision in this light filled home on 11th St. SE.

The weather is supposed to be great - so get your walking shoes on!
Tickets are $20 if purchased in advance and $25 the day of the tour. They are available online at http://renovatorshousetour.org/wordpress1/, and at Frager's Hardware, Hill's Kitchen, and Schneider's of Capitol Hill. ALL proceeds go to the Capitol Hill Cluster Schools, a DC public school on Capitol Hill.
